Cyprus Grille in Hampton

Over priced, that's about it.

Good service, but not memorable

For a hotel bar and restaurant this is above par. The happy hour is great. Service was prompt and attentive. The halibut was very good and tasty. I would recommend the Cyprus Grille.

Salmon was truly amazing! Perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors and fish was cooked just right!

I love the Cyprus Grille, although I have only had the lunch buffet. The buffet is always great and today was no exception. The Nana's fried chicken is great, and the pork chops and macaroni and cheese were exquisite. For the modest price of ten dollars, you can expect a wonderful salad bar, hot food bar, and delectable desserts. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff makes sure you have a wonderful dining experience. Cyprus Grille is always my lunch choice.

Love, love this place. Steak is grilled with perfection and seafood is fresh. Server "T" was amazing. Highly recommend the Bourbon Street steak.

The food was elegantly plated, but, for what it was, it felt overpriced. That said, it was a lovely booth, with a live rose on the table, and soft lighting, which gave the restaurant a very intimate feel. The food, while not the cheapest around, was plated well, and Delicious (with a capital D). I have to compliment the people in the back of the house for their style and attention to detail. I can't stress enough that the food is amazing, but you might balk at the bill, based on what you get. Still, I'd highly recommend a date night here, if you have the money.

Enjoyed the Nana's chicken dish and the wife loved the scallops and risotto.

Great restaurant that is underrated as it is hidden in a hotel, Embassy Suites. The food is very good... Shrimp & Grits and Nanas buttermilk chicken are amazing!

The Buffett didn't have a good selection and what they had wasn't great. Service was 5 star however and the place was immaculately clean.

Didn't eat there. Restaurant had just opened for the day, but must have been under staffed. There were 3 tables seated and a waiting list of 5 groups before us. Decided to eat elsewhere.

Convenient place to eat, just lack consistency in quality. The steaks are good but burgers are hit and miss. The fried chicken and waffles are a mess, the chicken is good but the waffles are frozen. Who wants to spend $15 and get eggo style waffles. Crab cakes as an appetizer are really good. The pizzas are very popular too.

Although I didn't stay at Embassy Suites, I did eat at Cyprus Grille just before a concert next door. WOW! This place exceeded my expectations, visually and flavorfully. Ha. Three drinks, one Devil's Backbone and two Yuzu fruit mojito (so good). One shrimp and grits meal (best shrimp I've ever had), and two Nana's buttermilk friend chicken meals (plenty for two people). Oh and some tasty appetizer kabobs. Must try!

At the Cyprus Grille today at 10:45pm. The bartender was horrible. He was inattentive & have my change to to someone else once I paid him . Wouldn't dare order food ! I would probably still waiting. I went to buffalo wild wings instead.

The food is excellent- She Crab Soup, Shrimp & Grits, & Home Fried Chicken is a must have. Portions are perfect & prices not bad.

We had a Thanksgiving family dinner in a private room at Cyprus Grill! All the food was awesome. I would have eaten seconds if I wasn't so full! The best thing is there was no cleanup for us! The downfall was we could not take a doggy bag lol!

We have been to this place a number of times since they opened. The good food and service seem to get better and better with each visit. On our last visit Lyndel was our waitress. She was absolutely five star in both service and personality. The food was off the charts good, prepared perfectly with the best ingredients. Lyndel brought out the chef to meet us and, after talking to him, it is very apparent he takes A LOT of pride in what he does. Great atmosphere with a music selection by, who else, but Lyndel. The hostess is also very friendly and professional.

The balsamic dressing on the pizza gave it an odd taste. I think it would've been good without it. The sweet potato fries were delicious tho.

I was here with a large group of people for a retirement celebration. The food was on a buffet line. The fried chicken was too salty. The cabbage dish was bland to me and disgusting to the others at my table. The strangest part of their buffet line is it's almost impossible to reach the food with the utensils. I'm 6' and I had a really hard time reaching under the glass guard to reach the food. I had to get the food for my shorter coworker.

Awesome restaurant and great cuisine. I saw an earlier rating suggest that it's a tad overpriced?.....no way, try finding delicious, perfectly plated food like this somewhere else at a cheaper price.Great place for a date. Pretty elegant restaurant but still provided great service to my family of 5 during the holiday. Kids menu is on par as well. The kids flatbread pizza was only $6 and beats the heck out of TGIFs or a chain restaurant, it fed my picky 3 & 4 year olds.The Nana's Fried Chicken was top notch and so were the sides that come with it. My wife ordered the pork chop and it was amazing as well.Everything was exquisite. Great food, great prices, friendly service.If you stay in the Embassy Suites and don't visit this restaurant during your stay, you're not doing yourself any favors.

Really good hotel restaurant. Highly recommend the flatbread pizza as well as the grilled cheese. Wonderful cocktails. No need to leave the hotel with the Cyprus Grille on site. Enjoy!

As a true fan for shrimp and grits done correctly, I had one of THE BEST SHRIMP AND GRITS Entrée at Cyprus Grill. It's hidden inside Embassy Suites Hampton but it's worth it! Every time I am in Hampton VA to visit my son at Langley AFB, I stop by for dinner.

Ate here for 3 meals and the buffet was good, but the steak and sandwich I got were mediocre at best, which I would expect much better for the price. The service was ok to terrible.

I can't tell you how their steaks were but I was thoroughly impressed with their double bacon burger. I often ask for ridiculous things like no bun, sauce on the side, etc. All of my wishes were met and the food was great. The only complaint was that the parties were small but at least there were two! Sweet potato wedges were delightful!
